Meetings
We create a specialized meeting package for your group. NL-Travelgroup organizes your events and venues from A to Z. In addition, we will take care of all your audio/video needs and all other necessities to unburden you and your guests as much as possible.
Incentives
Due to our experience, we realise that each group has its unique culture and wishes. From sports to culinary and from culture to architecture, we know the way and will be more than happy to advise you on the best solution. Together we will create an ultimate experience for your group.
Congress Support
We are able to organise all your transfers from hotel to congress and vice versa. We have VIP shuttle buses at our disposal as well as luxury taxi transport. All guidanced by our professional hosts.

We are specialized in organizing social activities around events. Therefore, you can contact us to draw up a complete proposal including all social and teambuilding activities. Because of our broad network we can offer you a broad range of activities. From luxury boat trips to night entertainment, all depending on your wishes.
Hotel contracting and Venue finding
Whether you are looking for an exclusive hotel with high end meeting rooms or any other inspirational venue, we can help you clarify your needs and find the ideal hotel or venue for your event. We personally inspect all the venues and destinations we recommend to you.
Ground handling and transfers
With VIP shuttle buses at our disposal as well as luxury taxi transport, we can organize all the necessary transfers.
